We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.
Responsibilities :
  • Work with related upstream/downstream IT teams and business stakeholder from requirements analysis to production rollout, come up with strategic solutions by closely engage with a global architect team, design and develop systems to support Finance and Regulatory data distribution strategies.
  • As a senior member in the team, lead the team mate to drive the change on legacy system to align the global IT architecture standard
  • Lead the team mate to improve the team's maturity on DEVOPS and Agility, reduce the turn around time from requirement to productionalization, optimize the IT effort on production support
  • Play a key role in day to day work, tackle down all sorts of difficulties for project delivery and production support, understand gap between the short-term constraint and long term strategies to manage technical debt in an appropriate manner, prioritize the works on different work stream, etc.
  • Assist senior manager for a health culture build to facilitate the engineer culture across the organization.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in same role or similar experience performing software implementation
  • Good team work
  • Strong problem solving skill
  • Good at both spoken and written English, influence and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Good technical knowledge and experience of the following
    • Strong on Java and Spring family, and with experiences on Linux/Unix platforms (>8 years)
    • Agile and DEVOPS development experiences.
    • Test driven development methodologies.
    • Experiences with development tools such as, Git, JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins.
    • Strong experience on ETL, Data warehouse or OLAP related projects.
    • Experience on Micro Service, solid experience on migrating a monolith to a distributed Micro Service system with JAVA related technology.

Skills and Certifications:
    • Oracle or SQL Server
    • Middleware and distributed systems
    • Big Data related experience, like SPARK, Apache Beam
    • WEB related experience, like Angular
    • Team leader experience, can lead a team with over 5 team mate
    • Google Cloud or other similar cloud platform experience
    • Technically savvy with tools and industry related trends.
    • Good investment banking and products knowledge.
