Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Today, more than 50% of Amazon’s total unit sales come from third-party selection. The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 12 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local seller’s success and growth on Amazon. We obsess over providing world-class support to Amazon sellers and provide solutions to help our sellers better serve their customers.
We are looking for a seller experience specialist who is a passionate, customer-obsessed leader with a desire to make a positive impact on Amazon seller experience. Focusing on seller’s account health management, the seller experience specialist has solid analytical and deep dive skills to identify issues surfaced by seller account deactivation, has excellent communication skills to work with global cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution in a quick-paced setting, and uses data-driven insights to close systematic gaps by collaborating with PM teams. The seller experience specialist is obsessed with information accuracy and data quality, and excel at dealing with ambiguity and challenges in a rapidly changing environment, while delivering results against a set target.
Key Responsibilities
· Support business teams to address sellers’ account health concerns, including driving effective escalations and influencing cross-functional teams to support seller account reinstatement or issue resolution.
· Work closely with Voice of Seller PM to collect seller insight, validate and analyze data to isolate issues, and develop creative solutions that improve seller experience.
· Track, analyze, and report seller escalation trends; identify areas of possible process/program/product improvement.
· Share knowledge and best practices with internal business stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications :
· 2+ years of experience preferably in e-commerce or customer service field
· Strong attention to detail with proven analytical, deep dive, and problem solving skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
· Exceptional customer obsession with a passion for working backwards from the needs of field
· Experience in a fast-paced, analytical, result-oriented environment
· Bachelor’s degree or above

Preferred Qualifications :
· Committed seller advocate, drive process & tool improvements
· Experience in Product management or PMO role is preferred
· Data driven and quantitative mentality with an ability to back up ideas with facts or examples
· Experience with basic SQL and Salesforce is a plus
