Description

Objective:

  • Secretatarial support to supervisor for daily work and functional support to business requests on demand

  • Maintain communication among functions and in/between departments

  • Administrtive support on some admin topics on L2 level



Tasks:

1. Administration and assistance support to surpervisor

  • Provide administration and assistance support to Head of RD C/T

  • Schedule management and calendar arrangements, organization of meetings and monitering

  • Daily meeting preparation/ one note mamanagment

  • Travel planning and arrangements including expenses reimbursement claim and reporting

  • Assist with system approval request with preparation and pre-review if necessary

  • Prepare and proceed documentation for signature process

  • Ad-hoc tasks on demand.



2. Business initiative within E2 Office

  • Maintain close communication within E2 office, weekly review to better prepare supervisor tasks/ schedule base on business priporitization

  • Support tasks/ projects assigned within E2 office



3. Communication Business Operation Support

  • Maintain close communication among RD China (Technology Connectivity and Program Management

  • Facilitate communication between supervisor with management or counterparts at Mercedes Benz China and at Headquarter, and also with external parties if needed

  • TCC Facility operational and adminstrative supports



4.Administration and assistance support to Organization

  • Provide administration and assistance support to RD C/T Organization

  • Company and cross-department activities/events arrangement and coordination

  • Coordinate external/internal visitors (incl. visa support organizational and logistics for visitors

  • Take over and promote/stimulate projects or tasks outside daily operational business and/or scope of core responsibility

  • Support with Labor Union related matters



Qualifications

Education:

  • Graduated orientated Business Administration or similar

  • Fluent English skill, German language skill is a plus



Experience

  • With minimum 1 year work experience at the same function, experienced with Daimler or Daimler JV is a plus



Special knowledge

  • High motivation and flexibility combined with a high ability to work independently

  • Good organization skills and structured working function, detail oriented

  • Proficient knowledge in MS-Office

  • Intercultural competences, interpersonal skills, team player

  • Communication skills with various hierarchy levels
