The Role Responsibilities

  • Manage sprint scope and timeline

  • Coordinate sprints, meetings and daily stand-ups

  • Facilitate internal and external communications and effective collaborations

  • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests

  • Mitigate and resolve conflicts within the team and across the external workgroups

  • Ensure user stories/epics are tracked

  • Manage and escalate risks, issues and changes tied to delivery

  • Ensure deliverables are high quality, clearly documented and compliant

  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.   • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor of Computer Science or exceptional relevant experience.

  • Fluent English and Mandarin.

  • Professionalism in communication and facilitation skills.

  • Detail driven and excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Fast learner.

  • Courageous to critique and suggest improvements.

  • Team-based ethics but independent thinker.

  • Scrum master experience.

  • Familiar with software development.

  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts.

  • Familiar with tools like Jira, bitbucket, etc.
