Job Mission
Within Customer Supply Chain Management a Global Operations Center (GOC) is being established, delivering a 24/7 global command center which proactively manages orders and deliveries leveraging real-time insights from multiple systems.
The Manager GOC is responsible for driving the transition towards desired state and afterwards managing the day to day operation of the center until it is stable. Job Description
Implementation of the Global Operations Center, delivering 24/7 order management and delivery monitoring
- Build team of the future, reshaping existing team and driving ramp-up to target team (+10FTE)
- Drive implementation of systems supporting the GOC, feeding back requirements for further development
- Set up organization capable of delivering high-performance shifts 24/7
- Manage transition of activities to the GOC, securing insourcing of activities from external partner as well as transfer of work from Veldhoven organization
Day-to-day management of the GOC including:
- Managing the 24/7 global emergency support process and adapt it to the continuously growing and changing customer needs and requirements
- Driving realization of operational targets and action plans
- Leading and developing an international team (20+FTE)
- Manage critical stakeholders within the worldwide ASML organization
- Escalation management of high profile requests, engaging decision support in Veldhoven
- Evaluating performance of continuous improvement projects driven by the team and identify, initiate & drive improvements
The manager GOC reports into the Manager FMA Operations in Veldhoven Education
Master degree is a must (e.g. Industrial Engineering & Management Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management) Experience
8-10 years relevant experience in a large international company (industry or consultancy) in a Supply Chain, Operations or Procurement background Personal skills
Leadership skills, drive for results, act under high pressure
Result oriented, convincing, pro-active and can do mentality
Experience in leading teams in an operational environment
Comfortable working in international environment
Very ambitious professional with a proven track record relevant for this position
Out of the box thinking and change management skills are essential
