Job Description for SAP CRM
Non-Technical Requirement:
  1. Communication
Good communication both written and verbal for problem resolution and have Leadership quality with customer relationship skill

Contributes to requirement gathering and deployment of best practices for business process and propose solutions
Strong project management skills including time management, organizational, data management/analysis and multi-tasking skills and manage multiple projects in a cross-divisional and cross-functional environment.
Ability to work with teams that are geographically distributed and work across different time zones
Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within the organization on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
Experience in application support preferably including Client Service Manager Experience and Testing tool like Client Application Lifecycle Management (Client ALM)

Technical Requirement:
Strong configuration skills performing requirements analysis
Extensive experience designing and configuring integration points between SAP modules as well as interfaces with non-SAP systems
Strong familiarity with project implementation methodologies, including Agile and ASAP
Nice to have : development experience with ABAP, SAP PI, Fiori
Experience in Marketing and Sales business area supported by the CRM application portfolio valuable but not required
