Our Client
Our client is in the industrial power tools accessories and equipment for home improvement, repair, maintenance and construction infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Oversee a major scope of solutions on the Salesforce.com platform including multiple Cloud and Platform deployments across multiple Asian countries and manage integration to other enterprise & digital platforms.
  • Community Cloud
    • Own & Deliver Community Cloud initiatives for multiple countries and various departments
    • Oversee scalable B2C customer data architecture that will work with governor limits and integrate to various other systems
    • Architect development of other scalable, multi-country B2C platform solutions for the region
    • Support integration to Marketing Cloud
  • Service / Sales Cloud
    • Identify and oversee SFDC solutions for Service Centers, Customer Service, Sales Automation, etc.
    • Provide overall architectural system design, help build, and recommend user best practices
  • General
    • Work with Regional CX and other Business Heads to layout program roadmaps and projects’ scope
    • Work closely with off-shore development team in execution of work
    • Helm stand-up meetings with off-shore lead and scope out sprints
    • Work with other technical teams in execution of integration & data analysis work
    • Experiment and introduce new solutions from Salesforce new releases or App Exchange products
    • Oversee robust documentation

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Must have at least 5 years’ experience in project implementations of Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Platform solutions.
  • Must have lead development of Sales, Service, and/or Community Cloud portals
  • Executing projects and daily work with agile and waterfall project methodologies is a must
  • Advantageous to have developed Salesforce Knowledge in Community Cloud
  • Must have 2-3 years’ experience in leading teams in a supervisory role
  • Must have deep experience in Declarative design including Process Builder, Flow, Person Accounts, Lightning, Salesforce Mobile App, etc.
  • Experience creating triggers, simple apex controllers, and batch apex is required
  • Knowledge of Lightning Web Components, API Development, Batch Apex, etc. is a plus.
  • Having Advanced Administrator Salesforce certification is a must
  • Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, Community Cloud Consultant certifications are a plus
  • Ability to understand and analyze business and financial metrics
  • Good leadership and able to do visioning, alignment and execution
  • Good written and spoken English, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • A highly motivated self-starter with good planning and time management skills
