Job Description



Job Responsibilities:
  • Proactively support the end-to-end workflow and engage with various internal units and external stakeholders to achieve product approval and implementation
  • Provide support to the sales activities under the product lines of custody and futures biz plus the customer on-boarding process for the won deals
  • Key member of the Product Management team of SFS team covering both custody and Futures biz
  • Execute high level client services to the customers of custody and futures biz
  • To coordinate internal and regional parties for roll-out of new products and existing product enhancements. Ensure product offering is in line with regulation requirement and no operational risk
  • Ensure alignment to relevant product policies and procedures
  • Lead / support the client engagement process with bespoke marketing materials
  • Conducting presentations to internal and external customers

Education and Relevant Experience
  • Degree holder or equivalent
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • China Accounting Certificate or CPA holder is a plus
  • Minimum 15 years relevant banking experience in China withproven track record in QFII/CIBM custody in front desk or operation area
  • Strong knowledge in QFII / RQFII /QDII.

Functional Competencies
  • Conversant with the Securities / Fiduciary related policies / rules and regulations
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of custody and futures biz especially related to QFII/QDII/CIBM custody biz and futures investments by QFII and other offshore investors
  • Be familiar with the market trend and new product development of China Securities Market

Technical Competencies
  • Strong in leading business and strategic business planing and strong in execution
  • Good team player and be able to build an effective teamwork within the section and co-operate in a harmonious and productive manner within the bank
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and negotiation techniques
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical mind and creative thinking
  • Well versed in Excel, Power Point.
