:
1.Quote & Price Management:
Issue timely delivery of pricing information to enable client quotation effectiveness in placing orders.
Bridge Sales and Pricing team to update price changes based on cooperate pricing list/MKT promotion accurately and timely.
2.Order Management:
Issue timely submission for sales contract.
Support Sales team to conduct order status tracking.
Work with CSR, finance, pricing, and other cross function teams to ensure on time order acceptance and revenue execution.
3.DEMO Management:
Responsible for DEMO management, maintain and track the rotation of DEMO status.
4.Data Analysis:
Support weekly/monthly SFDC forecast and backlog tracking report.
Provide prompt data consolidation and report requested by sales team.
5.Training Delivery:
Conduct SFDC/Process related training to sales team.
6.Process improvement:
Discover existing process problems, propose suggestions for improvement of enforceability, and constantly improve the internal working efficiency of the team.
Manage good return and replacement process Manage consignment process.
7.Other sales operation related project involvement and process build-up and follow up.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
1.3-5 years of professional experience in sales operations, business information systems management, project management, or other related field.
2.Good team-work spirit. Must be a self-starter, highly analytical, with sound decision-making skills.
3.Excellent problem solving, organizational, communication, analytical and teamwork skills.
4.Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
5.Troubleshooting and problem resolution.
6.Expert in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
7.Good verbal and written English are plus.
8.Bachelor's degree required and/or equivalent experience.
