  1. To lead and manage a sales team

  2. To identify market opportunities and develop/implement sales plans

  3. To perform penetration, conversion and retention of customers to achieve sales target and market shares

  4. To establish and maintain strong relationship with existing, new and potential customers

  5. To join sales call and customer visit with account executives to provide customized service solutions

  6. To collect and analysis market information to formulate sales strategies

  7. To train, coach and develop people to achieve high level of job satisfaction

  8. Identify and measure the performance, knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics of the sales team.

  9. Works with the Sales Team to develop account strategies to position UPS solutions effectively

  10. Motivate and influence activities of assigned resources to achieve desired goals and objectives

  11. Work with cross functions to ensure service and revenue goals are achieved


  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Management or relevant

  2. Sales experience, in which minimum 1year of experience in management capacity, preferably with experience of in Transportation, Logistics or Airlines industry in sizable MNC

  3. Strong selling and negotiation skills, some basic marketing and financial skills are preferred

  4. Strong sense of professional integrity both from a customers’ stand-point and internally within the company

  5. High energy level with strong customer service mindset and strong drive to achieve results

  6. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

  7. Strong English and Mandarin verbal and written skills

  8. Computer literacy on Microsoft Office Software
