  • Formulate the winning strategy and execute it with a team of domain expertise acting as the key driver in assigned accounts and opportunities
  • Sell IoT solutions to current and prospective customers; partner with other sales/pre-sales/domain/personnel to position and leverage sales opportunities to acquire, grow and retain customers within assigned accounts
  • Develop sales leads through building and handling customer relationships within the new and existing customer base
  • Work with management team to establish the development of financial targets, market trends, growth strategies and product development roadmaps including necessary tools and processes
  • Work closely with Operations Team to develop solutions that present value to customers and to cope with the actual market needs on a long-term base
  • Minimum 3-5 years complex solution sales experience
  • Good Knowledge on automation & control applications with a business-driven solution selling approach
  • Well developed business analysis skills including opportunity and risk assessment
  • Ability to work proactively and as part of a team
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English and preferably business-level Mandarin
