Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
. Identifies business opportunities by prospecting in the assigned territory, qualifying the situations and deciding on the optimal actions.
. Understand and anticipates needs of the qualified prospects, and recommend the best solution over those of competitors.
. Maintains relationships with key clients by providing support, information, and advice researching and recommending new opportunities for business improvements.
. Maintains relationships with partners by providing support and information researching and recommending new opportunities for mutual business and technical developments.
. Analyze, report and forecast situations effectively following the Sales management process.
. Identifies product improvements or new products opportunities by being vigilant on customers needs and feedbacks, remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reviewing professional publications establishing personal networks benchmarking state-of-the-art practices participating in professional societies.
. Contributes to team effort to achieve organization targets.
. Adhere to company rules in all activities under all situations.
Candidate Specifications
. Bachelor degree with at least 3 year sales experience in professional service and related industries
. Good presenter and communicator
. Self-discipline with good planning and problem solving skills
. Quick learner
. Good team player
. Self-motivated can work under pressure
