Job Description :

  • Work closely with the GM to build go-to-market strategy across North Asia & ASEAN
  • Primary solution consultant and technical contact for prospective clients and for new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Develop, roll-out and manage Proof of Concept processes to ensure client engagement
  • Conduct product demonstrations and assist in removing obstacles that may exist during the sales cycle
  • Assist Sales in developing discovery phase documentation for prospective clients and new opportunities
  • Assist in developing presentations and on-line product demonstrations for customer meetings or marketing events
  • Lead a cross functional team in the RFI/RFP response process
  • Support Product Management with field information such as feature requirements, product enhancements and new use case scenarios
  • Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Pre-sales or Technical Account Management
  • Development experience working with API and Web service Technologies
  • Knowledge of Collaboration Technologies
  • Are comfortable working in an isolated region and have the ability and experience to quickly pick-up and understand new technology
  • Demonstrated strengths in quantitative analysis, and an ability to think creatively to provide a solution to a customer’s requirements
  • Ability to work with senior technical teams and personnel to overcome obstacles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Chinese), including the ability to speak publicly to groups and deliver effective presentations
