Job Description :
Sales Development & Management:
  • Develop a sales strategy to ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
  • Achieve budgeted sales target
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and implement the action plans to penetrate new markets
  • Drive the business geographic expansion as per Group’s direction
  • Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
  • Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
  • Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Team
  • Support Marketing Team and Product team in preparation of proposals and presentations
  • Regular visit to the retailing shops and designers in Hong Kong to provide all kind of sales supports and collect market information
  • Build up local business market and promote company branding
  • Provide sales supports to win specifications with Architects and Project Engineers for major projects within the commercial sector

Accounts Management:
  • Create, develop and maintain contacts with all clients / customers / partners / official bodies in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction, promote the company branding and to sustain a long-term business relationship
  • Manage all Account Management activities
  • Work with marketing Team and carries out continuous market analysis and research on the dynamics of the account
  • To solve problems that might arise from complaints in customer communications

General Responsibilities:
  • Prepare annual budget and controls expenses
  • Maintain inventory control
  • Representative of the company, responsible for local legal, tax and regulatory compliances
  • Review and streamline workflow to improve work efficiency
  • Response to all stakeholders’ needs and enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
  • Work with supervisor and cross functional team to identify gaps in the products / services to make improvement
  • Supply marketing team and product team with required support materials to give them the best change of optimizing results from sales & marketing activity
  • Manage office administration of the team
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
  • Responsible for the performance, training & development
  • Hands-on approach, problem-solving mindset
  • Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
