·Select, develop and manage sales staff.

·Provide sales leadership for all levels of hotel sales staff. Actively coach and mentor associates to ensure ongoing sales skill development and performance improvement.
·With revenue management, develop hotel sales strategy. Ensure that sales strategies are communicated and implemented. Actively monitor performance against goals and provide constructive feedback.
