Primary Focus:
The Support Renewal Advisor (SRA - Renewal Admin) is responsible for Oracle%27s Premier Support renewal business.
Distinguishing Characteristics:
Successful SRA will be highly focused on performing the Premier Support renewal activities from data cleaning activities, quoting, providing sales operation task to sales team.
A SRA will be measured on several productivity metrics including quality, accuracy, knowledge, operation skills, etc.
The SRA must adapt and acquire new skills quickly, and effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in their assigned territories.
Job Descriptions:
Be responsible for internal/external renewal operation related tasks and internal/external customers.
formatted excel quotes preparation.
Accountable for timely support SRs to sales team.
Ensure implementation of Agent Specialization Model.
Oracle Policy Knowledge and Operation skills.
Good command in English / Chinese
Ability to work under strict procedures, timelines and compliance. 
Advanced skill with Microsoft Excel, attention to details.
Strong communication skills internally and externally.
Strong logical thinking and business mind.
Highly adaptive and willing to learn.
Bachelor degree in any major preferred or equivalent
Rich working experience in sales support role.
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Drive the renewal of Oracle%27s contracts to existing customers.
Responsible for timely renewals for small to medium-d customers in assigned territory. Educate customers on business practices and any associated contractual implications. Ensure customer awareness and understanding of applicable elements of Oracle%27s portfolio. Meet productivity expectations on outbound calls for renewals. Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals. Identify and transfer leads to sales representatives for top-tier opportunities. Accurately forecast business targets and opportunities in territory.
2-5 years experience in sales or related area. Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.
