Job Description

Our Specialization:

Finance and Accounting/Legal & Compliance/ Human Resources/ Engineering Property & Construction/ Information Technology/ Supply Chain & Logistics/ Sales & Marketing / Life Sciences
Key Role Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Management
• Interviewing and registering Candidates into the Database/Systems
• Developing and managing Candidate pool/portfolio to include;
• Attracting new candidates via
o Networking/Social Media
o Job boards
o Recommendations/Referrals
o Headhunting, where appropriate
• Maintaining call cycles for a selected specialist pool of candidates
• Maintaining relationships with both registered and placed Candidates including placement administration and aftercare
• Monitor online portals and incoming emails for new vacancy notifications and updates on candidate applications
• Searching internal database and online sites, where applicable, for suitable candidates to submit for vacancies
• Arranging interviews, preparing candidates for interview, taking client and candidate feedback
• Managing client offers to candidates
• Generate candidate information and ensure all Candidate Activities are recorded and logged into the Database/Systems
2. Client Management
• Will have autonomy within own specialist client base/market segment
• Appreciate and understand client’s needs, goals and how affected by the market
• Establish and maintain good relationships with clients through regular telephone contact, visits and reviewing our service to ensure a quality service is provided at all times
• Generate client information and ensure all Client Activities are recorded and logged into the Database/Systems
• Produce individual client strategies
• Involvement with business strategy, via consultation
3. Business Generation & Job Management
• Headhunting and networking to develop Spring Professional brand and reputation
• Participating in marketing events
• Conduct sales calls in order to introduce Spring services to prospective clients and maintain contact with existing clients; ensuring all such activities and description are recorded and logged into the Database/Systems
• Ability to develop accounts from new to reliable
• Identify and win new business
• Keep in close contact with existing clients to keep abreast of their needs
• Generate leads from all possible sources including networking, new client calling, client referrals within other business areas.
• Keep up to date on competitor activity and developments in the market
• Negotiate with clients resulting in a positive revenue stream for the business
• Negotiate with clients on Terms of Business with a positive interest and impact to the business; protecting its interest
• Meeting Business Development KPI’s; marketing calls, client meetings and candidate client interviews
• Autonomy in own specialist Clients
• Given direction over market and working to set business plan
• Ability to execute business plan

Essential Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-3 years previous working experience in recruiting industry or experience as
Sales/Marketing role or in-house recruiter role from industry including
IT/Engineering/Life Science/FMCG or Financial Services;
• Proven ability to acquire new business
• Excellent relationship building skills
