  • Responsible for general Administative and recepetion operation duties
  • Provide all-rounded support to designated co-working service centres from pre-move in, move-in to move-out, such as handling enquiries, coordinating logistics arrangement and introducing centre facilities & services to new comers
  • Monitor centre facilities and services, assist on centre consumables stock control, maintenance services and refurbishment of centre premises
  • Greet visitors, handle incoming calls and enquiries in a professional manner
  • Coordinate with office assistants on daily mails and courier services
  • Manage company car schedule and conference room reservations
  • Maintain the tidiness of the reception area and conference rooms
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by supervisors

  • Working experience related to customer services and general administration duties
  • Experience in working in MNC environment or growing company is better
  • Pleasant, polite and cheerful
  • Self-motivated, detailed-minded with great sense of responsibility
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • 2 years contract based

Working Time:9:00 - 18:00
Salary: up to 16000
