Job Description



  1. Greet visitors at 16th floor of AXA Tower (Customer Service Centre) and 24th floor of AXA Centre and provide assistance, if necessary

  2. Answer incoming phone calls for general line and direct them to appropriate parties

  3. Provide assistance in connecting conference calls l Manage booking of Broad Room at 24th floor

  4. Ensure the common facilities, including pantry, guest area and meeting rooms at 24th floor are in clean and tidy condition

  5. Work with the outsourced tea lady to keep track on the stock level of pantry and washroom supplies

  6. Arrange replenishment of the pantry and washroom supplies on monthly basis l Assist the superior to handle any office administrative related matters



  1. Secondary school graduate

  2. At least 2 years relevant experience in sizable company

  3. Hands on MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  4. Professional and customer oriented

  5. Drive to achieve excellent service

  6. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese %26amp; Mandarin)

  7. Good communication and interpersonal skill
