Job Description
1.Assist quality system planning, construction, maintenance, organization to participate in internal audit, second party audit and third party audit.
2. Responsible for the whole process quality control.
3. Organize analysis, deal with quality problems, and promote continuous improvement, product quality information statistical analysis.
Duties & Responsibilities
1.Participate in the quality control of design process, and lead the incoming materials, manufacturing, inspection and testing and transportation activities.
2.Investigate and analyze quality problems found in inspection and customer complaints, deal with them, formulate corrective and preventive measures, and track and verify the corrective and preventive measures.
3. Responsible for customer complaints, supplier quality and product manufacturing process, delivery of product quality information collection, summary, collation, statistics, trend analysis.
4. Organize the development and introduction of new quality testing technology, testing tools and quality management technology, and organize the promotion and application, improve the inspection efficiency and improve the inspection means.
5. Lead the coordination and allocation of test resources to ensure all kinds of test preparations meet test requirements.
6.Organize quality awareness education and training.
7.Participate in the preparation and improvement of quality system documents, supervise, spot check and audit the operation of quality system.
8. Participate in standardization review and inspection.
9. Complete other related tasks.

The Individual
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical/electrical or engineering is preferred, more than 3 years experience in quality management of railway products or aerospace products.
2. Familiar with ISO9001 quality system standards, with internal audit experience.
3. Familiar with quality management process, with experience in process guidance and training.
4. Familiar with the professional knowledge of quality, and seven methods of QC, MSA,SPC,FMEA,CP,PPAP etc., familiar with the structure, manufacturing process, control requirements and testing methods of connector products, and capable of discovering connector design and production. Ability to analyze and improve general problems that can occur.
5. Good at organization and coordination, communication and cooperation, judgment and decision-making, planning and execution, writing and oral expression, and good at improvement.
6. Proficient in office software such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
