We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Property Analyst.
Principal Responsibilities
  • Coordination and publication of equity research reports, including but not limited to daily, monthly, flash notes and thematic
  • Database maintenance
  • Assist with handling of client requests
  • Assist with senior analysts research coverage
  • Respond to both internal and external client requests for information, calls and data independently and in a timely and accurate manner
Qualifications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and above
  • Competitive proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • First years of work experience preferably in Real estate sector
  • Understanding of equity research and macroeconomic trends
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, diligent, attention to detail, multi-task, team work
  • Candidates who are CFA Charter holders or pursuing CFA will be preferred
