Job Description :
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, management, coordination and financial control of the SUT hardware project. He/She facilitate and coordinate all activities in China where the SUT equipment (including but not limited bioreactors, mixers, controllers and others) is going to be installed, ensure that the project execution smoothly , is completed on time, within budget and project’s objective is met. He/She also manage the order change and quality deliverables.
Meanwhile He/She should provide experienced pre-sales support to help commercial team win the projects.
Key Responsibilities: (included but not limited)
  • Ensuring that the quality targets are satisfied and retires the risks when it arise during the project
  • Manage the interface between the customer and internal resources
  • Coordinate cross functional teams (global team, China operation team, IS team etc) for the execution of project including engineering, validation, automation and supplier etc.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation to support project
  • Ensure the project delivered on time and within budget
  • Participate whole life cycle of equipment from design to FAT/SAT/IOQ/training
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Manage the order change in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Report and escalate to management team as needed
  • Manage the relationship with customers and other stakeholders
  • Risk management to minimize the project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • provide project coordination and facilitation for very large projects and complex integrated projects both pre-sales and post-sales support
