Job Description :
The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of a customer Large CAPEX project. He/She facilitate and coordinate all activities in China where the equipment (including but not limited bioreactors, mixers and others) is going to be installed, ensure that the project execution smoothly , is completed on time, within budget and project’s objective is met. He also manage the order change and quality deliverables.
Meanwhile He/She should provide experienced pre-sales support to help commercial team win the projects.
Key Responsibilities: (included but not limited)
  • Ensuring that the quality targets are satisfied and retires the risks when it arise during the project
  • Manage the interface between the customer and internal resources
  • Coordinate internal resources and 3rd parties/vendors for the execution of project including engineering, validation,automation and supplier etc.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation to support project
  • Ensure the project delivered on time and within budget
  • Participate whole life cycle of equipment from design to FAT/SAT/IOQ/training
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Manage the order change in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Report and escalate to management team as needed
  • Manage the relationship with customers and other stakeholders
  • Risk management to minimize the project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • provide project coordination and facilitation for very large projects and complex integrated projects both pre-sales and post-sales support
