Key Responsibilities
Own project objectives and key success factors defined during the project definition phases, define the project scope, critical milestones from launch to closing, and implement the project activities in adherence with project objectives, manage and track license project process with internal or external partners. Work closely with all departments and monitor their progress so that any deviations or issues could be resolved on-time. Establish close working relationship with all levels in the organization and be a team player. Understand cell and gene therapy market and is able to leverage internal and external resources for possible registration requirements and process. Conduct periodic status reviews and communicate customer’s requirements clearly to ensure project is within scope. Regularly work with all related dept to compile different reports for new project status / issues / difficulties / mitigation plan etc. Project leader to the assigned project and manage the entire project team to meet schedule, cost & quality target. Review and evaluate internal quote to cash process to identify project to improve effectiveness Generate weekly and monthly report per Management expectation. Any other tasks that the company may assign from time to time.
Master or above degree At least 5 years of relevant working experience in project management, consulting firm experiences is preferred. Strong organizing, planning, priority setting and problem solving skills. Good communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to interact with different levels and cross functional team. Good leadership, willing to work under pressure. Ability to express clearly in English both oral & written communications.
