Job Description


A leading regional commercial operator providing quality services to both the broadcast and telecommunications industries. This organization is a wholly-owned subsidiary of a listed company.
Responsibilities:

  • providing proactive and direct technical support to internal and external customers and partners
  • handling pre-sales and post-sales activities such as tender proposal, budgeting, network planning, customer report, emergency backup planning, and interference issues
  • handling Adhoc projects and work closely with Engineering and Operation departments
Requirements:
  • degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related discipline
  • 5 years of hands-on project management experience in customer technical support and sales services in sizable organizations, preferably with exposure to the media or telecommunications industries
  • knowledge in telecommunications technology is preferred
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
