Job Description :
The Job:
  • Be responsible for the planning, organizing, managing and controlling various aspects of assigned ELV projects and other ICT systems from contract award, through design and until completion and handing over to the client
  • Provide day to day project management, control and report project progress
  • Lead a team of professional staff members for the implementation of project
  • Be responsible for system design, site work planning, monitoring, cost control and co-ordination works
  • Involve in contract administration, cost estimation, documentation, QS work and site management
  • Closely liaise with suppliers, architects, consultants, site contractors, client and other authorities
  • Identify variations to the scope of works and implement changes when necessary
  • Be responsible for the management and implementation of safety and quality assurance as required for the projects
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and monitor site progress
  • Be responsible for regular site inspection to monitor and check the subcontractors work quality
  • Attend meetings and submit progress reports
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

  • Qualifications
    The Person:
  • Degree in IT/Electronic Engineering, or relating discipline
  • A minimum of 10 years’ solid experience at ELV or E&M firms
  • Candidate with less experience will be offered as Assistant Project Manager
  • Mega project experience in infrastructure, government and MTR projects is advantage
  • Sound technical skills, analytical mind, strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good at business reports and sensitive to figures
  • Well-organized, work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken of English and Chinese
