Job Description

Purpose of the Position:
  • Responsible for MRO parts (non-inventory), maintenance service, integrated facility service, and non-inventory commodities sourcing, purchasing and expediting for daily operation.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Gatekeep request to pay process, managing internal customers to ensure procurement policy and process are followed
  • Translate internal customer's request or specification into RFQ (Request for Quotation)
  • Utilize incumbent resources or sourcing new vendors, and release RFQ for competitive bidding
  • Analyze, compare, study quotes and terms and conditions, and negotiate with suppliers
  • Engage with internal customers and utilize objective methodology to select vendor
  • Master data management, particularly the vendor master data & item master data to ensure system data clean and accuracy
  • Draft and negotiate contract terms and conditions, and proceed contract management via Ariba
  • Managing and tracking overall supply status to ensure all materials & services are delivered timely
  • Bridge global, division and regional team to provide timely procurement service to internal customer
  • Supplier management on quality, cost, delivery, morale, service, innovation. Conduct supplier audit as planned
  • Support warehouse on physical goods/ERP system receiving and coordinate payments schedule to suppliers
  • Lead cost saving projects to achieve cost saving targets to support lowest manufacture cost strategy
  • Maintain all procurement documentation and data, in particular the bidding supporting, contracts, master data, approvals, and reports

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree, major in business administration, engineering or other related
  • 3-5 years experience in indirect purchasing area is preferred

  • Purchasing experiences in a multinational company
  • Good negotiation skill

  • Contract management experiences
  • Fluent English in oral and written

Desired Skills:
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experiences (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft……)

  • Material supply management experience is preferred
