Position Description: 1. Manage PMB tower to execute strategic actions and other daily PBM activities to ensure the KPIs are achieved and processes followed 2. Lead the development and communication of the supply chain strategy to include documentation of product commodity source plans 3. Make strategic decisions with the business unit to include product decisions, make-vs-buy decisions, and trade-offs 4. Lead discussions with Procurement’s Executive management team as well as the Business Unit’s Executive management team as required 5. Lead process management and communication within the organization as well as with the business unit. 6. Maintain talent and enhance PBM team’s competence. Position Requirements: 1. 15 years of respective working experiences, some level of supply chain/procurement sourcing experience needed, component engineering or design engineering highly preferred 2. Knowledge of the PC product/technical related and familiar with the E2E supply chain operation process highly preferred. 3. Interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to collaborate, negotiate, think strategically, make decisions. Ability to work at both strategic level & execute tactically as required. 4. Good command of English, strong written and oral English to allow daily correspondence to resolve business issue, especially a highly understanding on technical words and general acronym used in industry 6. People management experience 7. Work in agile, fast-paced environment and highly collaborative
