Your field of responsibility

You will be in the Credit Suisse's Wealth Planning Services (WPS) team in Asia Pacific, which works closely with Private Bankers and Clients of the Bank to deliver solutions with regards to Family Offices, Private Label Funds, and Philanthropy Advisory. This role is within the Private Label Funds team, which focuses on assisting our Clients with the setup of Private Label Funds (PLFs). The Private Label Funds team within WPS APAC is expanding its capabilities to act as the center of competence for Private Label Funds (PLFs) in the region. In this role, the PLF team will also assist with the onboarding and subsequent services to PLFs onboarded on the Bank's platform. The primary focus of this role is to act as the Platform Manager for the Bank's PLF offering in APAC. You will also develop PLF structuring skills and assist our Clients setup customized PLF structures.
More specifically, in this role, you will:
. Work with internal partners (e.g. compliance, credit risk, financing, etc.) to coordinate all processes for the onboarding and servicing of PLFs in APAC
. Work with the Front Office to assist Private Bankers understand the Bank's PLF onboarding and servicing capabilities and processes, by coordinating with the relevant internal partners
. Participate in any internal global or regional Committees or Working Groups to represent the PLF team with regards to PLF platform matters
. Collaborate with various internal partners regionally and globally across the Bank, in order to enhance the PLF platform and look for solutions specific to servicing PLF needs in APAC
. Understand the WPS broader PLF structuring and Family Office advisory capabilities and assist Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, Family Offices and Fund Managers, to establish suitable PLFs and Family Office setups
. Assist our Clients to identify relevant service providers and project manage the implementation phase of PLFs and Family Offices
. Develop-relationships with industry players and stay up-to-date with market developments
. Collaborate with partners internally to promote the PLF and Family Office offering and identify areas of growth

Your skills and experience

You'll be a good match, if you have:

  • University degree or equivalent education is essential

  • At least 7-10 years of relevant professional experience in the financial industry, preferably in a funds platform management or product development role

  • Proven knowledge of fund onboarding or servicing operations (e.g. account opening, credit applications, trading solutions, etc.), preferably in relation to Bank related services to investment funds

  • Knowledge of fund structures and the investment funds industry

  • Experience working with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, Family Offices and Fund Managers would be a strong plus

  • Outstanding analytical and project management skills

  • Outstanding client and problem solving skills with the proven ability to communicate efficiently at all levels

  • Proven ability to cope with pressure and a high level of flexibility, responsibility and attention to detail

  • Diligent work approach with respect for our risk and control obligations

  • Fluency in English is a must. The successful candidate will have to deal with internal stakholders and clients from the China market and therefore being able to speak, read and write inChinese will bea plus

  • Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking who can work on own initiative and can deliver on time under pressure
