What You Will Do
  • Get deep understanding of business case and scope, customer requirements, architect design and objectives from product and program level.
  • Lead end-to-end embedded hardware development process to deliver right products and solutions on time with high quality
  • Work with the internal cross functional teams and external vendors to fulfil development target and successful commercialization.
  • Hands on work on embedded hardware design, implementation, and verification.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Microelectronics, with minimal 5 years of experience in embedded hardware development.
  • Having successful experience in the development and commercialization of IoT/controller/sensor products.
  • Experienced in circuit schematics and layout design using EDA, e.g. Altium Designer, Protel, Cadence.
  • Skilled in circuit verification, testing and troubleshooting.
  • Familiar with PCBA mass production process and having ability to design factory testing fixtures.
  • Highly customer and business orientated.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrate a high degree of personal and professional integrity.
  • Positive, self-disciplined, self-motivated.
