KEY RESPONSIBILITIES(主责)
  • 完公年度所辖区域的销售指标;
  • 对代商的分销渠进行调整,高竞争力调管能力;
  • 与新代商完款,签订;
  • 助代商拓展市场,达销售指标;
  • 与产的招投标;
  • 对代商和医院相关科室进行产知识和销售技巧的培训;
  • 与点客户建立良好的长期作关系;
  • 制定明确的区域展计划,代商确定点推广产和市场活动。
SKILLS AND ABILITIES(技能)
  • 熟练掌产知识;
  • 出色的沟通能力;
  • 区域管能力--通过有效的活动在负责区域中实现销售目标;
  • 掌竞争性拜访的能力,,熟悉竞争产的相关知识;
  • 独立的完常规的推广活动;
  • 有效管区域中的客户。

DESIRABLE(优先件)
  • 医学学生物医学工程或相关领域专科以上学历;
  • 2年以上医行业销售工作验,医疗器械验者优先;
  • 性格开朗应表达能力强,具有较强的沟通能力交际技巧,具有亲和力;
  • 具备一定的市场分判断能力,良好的客户务识;
  • 有责任心,能承较大的工作压力。
