AWS Consulting Partners provide consulting and integration services to customers (as SIs) while Technology Partners develop and sell their product or provide services to end users on AWS infrastructure (as ISVs). We have a team of personnel who support, facilitate and sell with our partners in the best practices of using cloud technology from AWS to grow business for both themselves and with AWS. The team at AWS is committed to providing developers and businesses with tools and services to make their partner businesses agile and more efficient.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is leading the next paradigm shift in computing and is looking for world class candidates to support the delivery, management and development of Consulting Partner and Technology Partner programs in Hong Kong. As a Senior Partner Develop Manager for the Ecosystem team, you will provide and manage the End-to-End Partner Experience for AWS, from registration, onboarding, learning and enablement to communications.

The AWS APN portal is a self-service portal, which support partner's day to day activities with AWS. You will need to work with our Global APN team to optimize the APN portal functionality, in order to improve the partner adoption and experience. You will need to work with Global and Local team to localize contents in APN portal to drive partner ongoing learning experience.
From partner sales perspective, it is important to drive sales lead exchange between a Partner and AWS, so you help manage and support the process of opportunity registration from partners.
You will also need to design regular APN communication to update partner with latest AWS and APN news, create the synergy in the AWS Partner Network community.

You will design and conduct APN experience related training to internal and external stakeholders and manage their regular communication. You will also responsible to maintain customer satisfaction and partner loyalty from a partner operations perspective and to drive the win-win business result for both AWS and partners.

The ideal candidate will possess both a sales background and partner engagement experience that enables them easily interact and engage partner and customers at an execution and operation level.
He/she should also have a demonstrated ability on think and present strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions. The position also requires a strong partner program acumen along with working experience and knowledge of partner engage, partner marketing and cloud service landscape.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

. BA/BS degree required
. The right person will possess 8+ years of partner development or business development experience in the software/Internet/services industry
. Good presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences.
. Ability to think and work creatively to develop joint value propositions across functions within an organization and within a partner ecosystem
. Experienced user on SalesForce.com CRM system and related software tools is a must
. Fluent in Cantonese (spoken and written)
. A strong command of English (spoken and written)
. Self-starter, with proven professional success, who is prepared to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

. Masters or MBA a plus.
. Strong technical background in engineering, computer science/MIS or equivalent work experience required.
. Business case and GTM development experience, a plus
. Mandarin Speaking is a plus
