Job Descriptions

  • Provide clerical support to the Finance team and directly reports to the Senior Financial Analyst
  • Open postal letters, handle cheque receipts and prepare Customer receipts checklist
  • Sorted all invoices and post to India team for payment processing
  • Support daily finance operation including uploading/ downloading of files, scanning hard copies, mailing out postage documents or parcels.
  • Prepare reports as required including simple finance analysis using Excel as per guided

  • F.5 graduate or above
  • Around 1 year of clerical working experience
  • Possess basic excel and word skills, knowledge of Oracle & SAP is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized and attentive to details
  • Good command in English and Chinese
