Job Description


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform general reception duties, including handling all incoming calls and mails
  • Greet guests in a professional manner, handle enquiries
  • Coordinate use of conference rooms
  • Arrange IT maintenance support
  • Handle administrative work and ad-hoc assignment

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Diploma holder or above in any disciplines
  • Preferably with experience in office administration
  • Be responsible, presentable and detail-minded
  • Ability to multi-tasking
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. Basic knowledge of Japanese is a plus
