Now we are recruiting one R&D Manager who will be part of our Technology Collaboration Team (TCT) and take leads for:

  • Lead a multidisciplinary R&D group working state of the art Optical Patterned Wafer Inspection tool developing physics, system, algorithm, software and application.

  • Work on most advanced semiconductor inspection challenges - finding and testing new solutions for customer high value problems and fab gaps.

  • Build customer partnership and collaboration. Identify and execute joint development projects with customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads physics team in design experiments & data analysis

  • Identify and execute joint dev projects with customer on HVP's to direct PDC developments

  • Build an image of competition capabilities and gaps

  • Multi modules scale system design and validation

  • Complex Field and production problem solving

  • Participates in HR processes of recruit and evaluation

  • Works on difficult issues that impact design and product success and/or addresses future concepts, products or technologies. Success is measured by one or more of the following: incremental revenue growth, market share increases, key customer penetrations, and commercial value of the work.

  • Within safety guidelines design, perform, collect data, analyze and compile reports on unusually complex engineering experiments and provides solutions which are highly innovative and ingenious.

  • Collaborates to work on difficult issues that impact design and product success and/or addresses future concepts, products and technologies.

  • Lead investigations of complex multi-disciplinary issues, utilizing TCT, account and PDC resources

  • Conduct experiments & simulations to explain performance gaps

  • Conduct C&Fs on customer layers & environment, involving the different TCT functions, to direct and support PDC developments

  • Run detection limiters research to build an up-to-date understanding of our current gaps per layer

  • Support pre-sale technical / early proof of NPI tool capabilities (Simulations, on-tool verification using open platforms)
