Lenovo is seeking a seasoned Operation and Analytics Senior Manager to lead our business transformation for the Solutions and Services Group (SSG). This is a newly created role, you will work closely with the Business Units to streamline key business processes at HQ (e.g. monthly business review processes, earnings data consolidation process, etc.), providing guidance and support needed to ensure process alignment. You will help to drive data visibility projects at HQ level to ensure full alignment between different parties, with a particular focus in streamlining offering data and customer data across Businesses, allowing better visibility at SSG HQ. You will also work on ad hoc Finance and Operation projects as required to support the SSG Program Director where needed.
The ideal candidate is a proven Operation Manager with financial and operation background, he/she is passionate working with product and operation teams and possess solid analytical skills. Your prior experiences in leading operational projects and financial analysis are highly valued. You must be a highly motivated self-starter with an interest in the IT services industry. You have demonstrated the ability to drive change and thrive in a matrixed organization. You have excellent interpersonal skills and is able to work with people of different cultural backgrounds. You embody the Lenovo values of entrepreneurship, innovation, customer obsession, and building trust across global teams.
As the Operation and Analytics Senior Manager for Solutions and Services Group, you will have a meaningful impact on Lenovo by executing the company vision of Smarter Technology for All by becoming a services-led company. You will be involved in initiatives and execute projects aligned to Lenovo's 3S strategy of delivering Smart IoT, Smart Infrastructure, and Smart Verticals. You will ensure strong customer outcomes by working across business units as One Lenovo, anchored in Solutions and Services excellence.
Position Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree in an applied STEM field
. MBA or equivalent Master's degree
. 8+ years of Consulting or Corporate experiences with a focus in financial and transformation related projects
. Experience working in a global company or with globally dispersed stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
. Chinese and English fluency
. Experience supporting a direct sales force and channel sales & distribution
. Experience with Services business lines (especially in hardware- or product-based companies)
. Experience at a Fortune 500 firm as well as technology start-up environment
