The Role Responsibilities %26amp; Our Ideal Candidate

  • 用團貸公單進行信貸信用之銷售.
  • 定期利用點攤或親訪客戶的方進行銷售.
  • 助銀行官網新客戶申辦信貸或信用後續相關事宜.
  • 實客戶與客戶之間的轉介與銷.
  • 善用公供之輔銷物拓展客.
  • 確本身與客戶的通務質作業程符銀行相關範

    • 銀行賦予的業績目標
  • 用公團貸資，拓展優質客群,增進公NTB 客戶數.
  • 利用點攤或親訪客戶的機會開發新業務
  • 加強官網客戶的交銷 ( CC客戶加辦PL ; PL客戶 bundle CC )
  • 所有客戶養MGM的習慣
  • 到公日求的件數與撥款

    • 公設定之相關標準
  • 到日周信貸件數的基本標準
  • 到日周信貸撥款的基本標準
  • 到月信用核數的基本標準
  • 到低錯誤率零客訴的求.

    • 辦公守則
  • 守銀行求之範
  • 守銀行求之出缺勤定
  • 守銀行求之作業程與範
  • 業務基本工作守則
  • 業務人員於務期間必須守銀行之項定，包括但於下列事項：
  • 集團行為守則公平責
  • 守密宣示書
  • 法行手冊
  • 正確的銷售務行為-政策說明
  • 洗錢防治法
  • 識你的客戶(Know Your Customer)
  • 客戶資料護
  • 業務人員工作準則(Sales Boundary List)守絕容許行為清單
  • 年度排休, 加申請員工出勤工作記錄辦公守則

    • 資格與所需技能
  • 高中()以上畢業學歷。
  • 有電話行銷/客或銀行信貸業務經驗尤佳，歡迎業或其他產業銷售業務轉戰。
  • 好應快得能抗壓細心有賺大錢的決心。
