NUC-G sits under the Desktop, Workstation and Gaming division of CCG and we have spent the past eight years inventing and delivering the Next Unit of Compute - and have built a business with PnL responsibility around it. In this role as a New Product Introduction Program Manager, you will lead ODM partners and internal stakeholders from RFQ phase through product launch. You will be responsible for setting schedules and managing interdependencies, ensuring task completion, and meeting key milestones on time to ensure we achieve the schedule you set.

  • Help team set priorities and make effective decisions considering them
  • Facilitate effective and efficient forward-looking team meetings
  • Lead multiple work streams to completion
  • Approach problems with an open mind
  • Understand risk and provide solid mitigations and contingency plans
  • Value and document project learnings to implement on other projects.
  • Influence others at all levels of the organization
  • Identify key issues for the project and lead continuous improvement initiatives

  • Fluent English is a pre-requisite. Role will require frequent interactions with an United States based team

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong self-initiative and persistence
  • Ability to deal with a high degree of ambiguity and drive clarity in key areas
  • Working knowledge of applying Program Life Cycle (PLC), or Project management concepts
  • A good team player, embracing collaboration and flexibility

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.Inside this Business Group
