Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and intermittently improving our current network configuration and infrastructure. You will design our revamped network infrastructure with the goal of maximizing our network performance. You will also provide troubleshooting and configuration support by using your strong technical skills in Linux and Windows environments and IP networking.

  • Working in in-country network operation team.
  • Working on Cisco based network system (LAN/WAN/VoIP) daily operation independently as well as working with regional support team and vendors, which includes
a. Network system maintenance and troubleshooting.
b. Support and assist regional network team on incident handling.
c. Network documentation submission and system update.
d. Network system capacity report.
e. Network asset maintenance and inventory update
f. Regional project coordination and support.
  • Project deployment on network system implementation. Manage and implement various network related projects in China. Coordinate project logistics including vendor management, documentation, handover etc., within approved budget, schedule and ensure compliant to Citigroup relevant policies.
  • Scope covering whole China.


Cisco based network system knowledge and practical working experience, 3-5 years working experience for a daily operation on a medium or large network environment.
  • CCNP or above.
  • Self-motivated and highly responsible.
  • Quick learner and detail oriented.
  • Sense on QA and information security.
  • Documentation accountability.
  • Teamwork and hardworking, available for OT.
  • Sound English both in oral and written.
