Role Responsibilities

Awareness and understanding of the Group&rsquos Technology strategy and model appropriate to the role.
Awareness and understanding of the technology and network environment in which the Group operates
Responsible for executing network implementation and project management process.
People and Talent
-Ensure manage project to meet all group standard process.
- Coordinate group team and local technology team perform network change ensure no impact for application and business operation.
- Ensure project change network device all configuration are meet standard.

Risk Management

  • Ensure all project change application team be informed if impact avoid business BAU impact.


  • Responsible monitoring and manage network project process and implementation are high quality no impact any business operation.

Regulatory & Business Conduct

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group&rsquos Values and Code of Conduct.

  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

  • Lead the [Taiwan/ CTM/IT-TPS-ET Networks Non App to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank&rsquos Conduct Principles

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

  • Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association

Key Stakeholders

  • Group network team and in-country CTM team.

Our Ideal Candidate

  1. 5 Years large enterprise network management experience5 Years large enterprise network management experience

  2. Good communication skill in English language.

  3. Project management skill

  4. Familiar with network skill like Router ,Switch ,Firewall ,load balancer&hellipetc.

  5. Familiar with Routing protocol EIGRP,OSPF,BPG,Static&hellipetc

  6. Familiar with LAN Switch Vlan, trunking, LACP..etc

  7. Ability to analyze and evaluate networks, identify issues and provide solutions to ensure networks are operating efficiently

  8. Ability to communicate technical information to other technical team members but also to coworkers in other departments who may not have knowledge of networking technical terminology

  9. Cisco CCIE certification

  10. Cisco CCNP certification
