What you will be responsible for
1.Medical Enquiry Fulfillment
1)Call Center content update:
  • Provide Call Center the up-to-date content of assigned TA/products: PI; FAQ; etc.
  • Annual FAQ update and new FAQ developing

2)Medical Enquiry Response:
  • Daily respond internal & external medical enquiries based on PI/LSRD/literature search; record in MI system
  • Report AE/PTC in a timely manner

3)Medical Enquiry Analysis Report:
  • Deliver regular medical enquiry analysis report
  • Support on IMAP developing

4)LSRD Developing:
  • Develop new Local Standard Response Document to reply medical enquiries based on GSRD and local requirements
  • LSRD update

2.Deliver advanced MI service to internal customers
1)Intelligence report
  • Develop comprehensive intelligence report of assigned TA, including clinical trials intelligence, competitive intelligence, regulatory intelligence, pharma news, events, etc.
  • Support on IMAP developing

2)Medical booth on national congress
  • Manage medical booth stuff on booth design, medical communication materials distribution, etc.
  • Collect and respond medical enquiries via the booth
  • Develop congress report including hot topics/insights analysis and key congress materials, e.g. agenda & program, abstract book, presentation slides, poster, etc.

3)International congress supporting
  • International congress information collection and sharing to support TA
  • Congress intelligence report developing

4)Deliver up-to-date industry news express to internal stakeholders in a timely manner
3.MI content update and MI Portal management
1) Monthly update new publication/PI/GSRD/LSRD/guidelines/etc. with TA
2) Maintain & update MI Portal to keep all contents update
4.Independently project management: GMI project, Call Center management, TA specific project, MI Lead assigned project, etc.
5.Provide MI training and coaching
  • MI new staff orientation training
  • On-the-job coaching and mentoring for MI new staff
  • MI resource training for internal/external customers

Who you are
You should hold a Bachelor degree in medical/pharmacy or above
Experience & knowledge:
  • Pharma industry experience (minimum 3-5 years) in medical information role
  • Good command of English (written and spoken) and PC skill
  • Good scientific information searching ability
  • Project management and people management experience

Core competencies:
  • Strong scientific information acumen and proficient searching skills
  • High flexibility in handling urgent issues and moving across therapeutic areas & products, depending on project assignment
  • Self-motivated, highly result orientated
  • Good communication and project management skills
  • People management
