  • This role provides management support to the following areas within Medical Organization:
  • Requirements AnalysisResponsible for user and customer requirements analysis and competitive product analysis of the medical digital platform, clarify the strategic positioning of the product.
  • Product PlanningAccording to TA, BU and platform operation needs, plan related functions and operational activities, increase user coverage and activity, enhance business value.
  • Data GovernanceContinuously optimize the data structure and provide insights for TA and BU through data mining and data analysis.
  • Requirements Analysis 30%
  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of each functional module and operation mode of AZeView.
  • Analyze the main competitors in the industry, including medical Internet platforms and pharmaceutical enterprise platforms.
  • Clarify product positioning and strategic direction.
  • Product Planning 40%
  • Complete product structure design plan.
  • Data Governance 30%
  • Plan data architecture from a business perspective, collect and analyze data, and provide insights for each TA and BU
  • Continuously optimize product functions according to business and operational needs.
  • Expand target user coverage and increase activity.

  • At least 5years’ experience related to medical Internet products or operations. At least 3 years’ experience in marketing or sales related to the pharmaceutical industry. Have experience in HCP online operations. Ability to integrate teams to work in a complex cross-functional model. Proficient in oral and written communication (English) .

  • Information Management: Includes literature retrieval skill, medical information collection, screening, packing and communication; be familiar with both internal and external information resources;
  • Commercial Mindset: Understand brand strategy and market environment; identify useful information to support brands.
