We provide world-class storage technologies to serve our customers who have needs for data storage and data recovery. Our team focuses mainly on the client and retail storage solutions. We are looking for a candidate who can support Seagate system channel marketing as well as related projects to drive business.

About the role - you will:

1. Streamline with China edge to cloud marketing team annual strategy and support line manager on lead generation in win and grow markets, including Systems / IT4/ Enterprise/SV etc. and afterwards pipeline development.
2. Assist line manager on quarterly key Systems/ IT4 Integrated Marketing Campaign (IMC) events execution and support system eco-partner engagement plan through on/offline sponsorship activities to strengthen system business relationship from vertical market perspective.
3. Support China partner program tool in builder part, especially on deal reg and offline recruitment/training promotions as well as related POSM arrangement.
4. Manage and communicate agency team of inside sales or tele sales rep in China region to maintain Pipeline Development Team (PDT) process regionally, qualifying inbound/outbound leads through various enterprise level marketing campaigns. (e.g. IMC event, paid lead and paid social program related result conversion)
5. Work closely with internal sales team to review certain leads status and timely monitor PDT process to raise up weekly feedback for process optimization.
6. Help achieve PDT team-based efficiency goals, including # of touches per qualified lead, # of touches per rep / day, efficiency in pipeline creation, # of appointments scheduled/quarter, ROI, etc.
7. Prepare reports and analytics for, and contribute to, regular meetings and presentations to business stakeholders and marketing team.
8. Support expanded B2B paid social program (Web SEM/EDM/Paid ad) and conduct with line manager's expand goal to increase more edge to cloud marketing paid social on demand gen level conversion, e.g. traffics, lead gen and SOV targets. Able to set up KPI to evaluate vendor performance and report analysis.
9. Work closely with the content and campaigns team to help define the program mix, content plan, campaign calendar, provide relevant enterprise/system level paid social plan to collaborate.
10. Make sure crossed team collaborate guideline and communication between internal Sales/ Marketing PDT/vendors to timely support business conversion from contribution of marketing activations.
11. Designing and delivering necessary training to PDT and internal/external stakeholders to keep related program updated and better execution.
12. Perform further other work that line manager deems to be within the capability of the job holder.

About you:

. Relevant industry or B2B marketing background preferred

Your experience includes:

. 3+ years relevant experience in relevant 2B digital/or pipeline management or relevant marketing
. Proven project management experience within a matrix organization
. Critical attention to detail, time management, organization skills and also results-and goal driven mindset
. Strong analytical skills and ability to strategize and analyze program effectiveness and ROI
. Demonstrable experience achieving pipeline development goals or high tech 2B market in past roles as a plus
. Good presentation skills comfortable communicating and working with a variety of roles, from executives to sales to marketing
. Working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional global organization
. Confident, self-motivated individual with a good, demonstrable bias for action, and with an innate attention to detail
. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
. Excellent English in both verbal and written
