Role Responsibilities


  • Leverage state-of-art AdTech practice into Marketing and Branding to support both brand awareness and consideration building, and improve digital leads acquisition to contribute to bank&rsquos CPBB business growth, covering but not limit to skilful SEM, SEO, Demand-Side-Platform (DSP) / Real-time bidding (RTB) / Location-based Service (LBS) and DMP (Data Management Platform) into effective performance marketing.

  • Work as centralized social media manager in responsible for SCB official WeChat accounts, and WeChat video account&rsquos daily operation, explore and test new digital initiatives within Tencent WeChat ecosystem and take social media as a key channel, leverage solid, need-based marketing content to influence and engage both prospects and existing customers.

  • Familiar with Social Listening practice to ensure Bank&rsquos Share-of-Voice, competitor social insights are well monitored regularly or even ad-hoc for agile content management.


  • Optimize the end-to-end tracking of online Marketing campaigns, develop data-based digital customer tagging and deliver on target content / information to improve digital conversion.

  • Support Personal Banking customer acquisition, customer engagement and activation that lead to revenue growth. Roll out ad-hoc and ever-green Marketing campaigns to engage digital savvy mass affluent customers and improve customer loyalty and enhance product sign-up in bank&rsquos digital platforms.


  • Understand, acknowledge, and comply with the requirements on individual accountabilities and responsibilities of the job set out in applicable local laws and regulations as well as SCB internal policies

  • Effectively ensure and intensify internal controls by keeping abreast with developments of applicable local laws and regulations on accountabilities

  • Perform job duties with diligence, contribute to efforts as an individual or as a team member so as to avoid any actual or potential legal sanctions, regulatory penalties, material financial loss, or adverse reputational impact on the Bank

People and Talent

  • College graduate degree, ideally major in marketing or computer science.

  • At least 6 years of marketing experience with half in a digital agency or digital marketing position.

  • A finely tuned blend of creativity and technical skills.

  • Strong project management skills, highly analytical and data-driven.

  • Deep domain expertise on digital marketing, knowledgeable with owned/paid/earned media.

  • Skills with Excel, Google Analytics and other relevant online analysis tools.

  • Ability to learn and develop with a dynamic, growing company in a highly competitive industry.

  • An innate ability to generate effective copy and an eye for design.

  • Natural motivation and enthusiasm to construct, independently complete and report on projects with minimal supervision.
