Your day to day

You will be employed under Philip Morris Electronics Shenzhen (PMES). PMES operates as a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, Inc. We are looking for a Manufacturing Process (Technical Project Management expert) to provide assistance to operation value stream process - validation, technical support and process quality for electronic devices in EMS factory for final assembly process. Optimizing industrial processes in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost and improve sustainability.

. Communicate and validate process changes and cycle time for PVT build onwards including Rework process with EMS. Coordinate document submission - deviation (material/process), waiver, ECN/TPCR for SCR review and Ensure timely implementation of ECN/TPCR in EMS factory while keeping lines running
. Develop, analyze and enhance manufacturing methods to improve productivities, process yield and cost. Chair weekly process yield and quality meeting with EMS Work with EMS factory on impactful productivity improvement projects.
. Update and coordinate quality improvement plan on top Field/RMA failure rate/defects with EMS Daily meeting to follow up RCA/containment actions/long term actions within requested time manner for any quality crisis issues
. Support validation run for Second source requested by Procurement by reviewing results with EMS before publish. Provide sound technical recommendations. Review supplier outgoing inspection criteria and propose EMS incoming inspection requirement.
. Obtain, Update and Monitor Master equipment and tooling/fixture list for each platform. Coordinate calibration and maintenance checklist for NPI equipment/fixtures Monitor EMS on new product ramp up readiness and escalate PFMEA issues found during PVT run. Follow up with action owners on issue closure. Support Ramp activities to ensure no any missing of ramp plan
. Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs reviewing production schedules estimating future requirements.
. Ensure all corrective action plans are accompanied with preventive actions to make sure no reoccurrence.
. Validate and witness material and device scrap process with EMS

Who we're looking for
. Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering Degree
. 5-10 year experience in product or Process/ Manufacturing/ Test/ Industrial Engineering supporting manufacturing of high volume consumer electronics product with experience at EMS/ODM factory for final assembly process is a MUST.
. Good spoken and written English. Strong technical competency, excellent problem solving skills, SMT related & Strong Mechanical process knowledge preferred BB/GB or Project management experience is a plus Good computer/Excel skill.
