Job Description

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Manager, Customer Management Transformation.
Principal responsibilities:
  • Manage the development and execution of customer management transformation and/or GBA projects
  • Coordinate with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure an effective project implementation and post-launch management and oversight
  • Monitor the project scope and resources to meet the schedule and budget
  • Support the project governance in line with Group policies
  • Support with the team on external vendor management and system testing
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related qualifications Minimum of 5 years working experience, preferably in the financial or banking industry with a focus on GBA, marketing or customer experience Project management experience to lead strategic projects Customer-oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skills Strong self-motivation with good interpersonal skills Proficiency in both English and Chinese; Mandarin has an advantage Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
