Key Responsibility:
. Lead a project delivery team to solve client's burning issues and help clients to achieve new performance highs.
. Provide intellectual leadership for the team and ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget, harnessing the team's diversity to ensure the development of creative solutions to complex problems.
. Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and apply knowledge of selected tools and techniques, drawing logical conclusions
. Develop expertise in customer insight & growth experience practice areas to increase the breadth and depth of our knowledge base and capabilities
. Manage work-streams/project delivery on time with the appropriate use of resources, working within and lead Accenture and/or Client teams
. Manage and develop junior team members on the project by providing coaching, mentoring and regular feedback

. University Degree from reputable university, MBA preferred.
. 5+ years experience with High Tech Industry, and digital dynamics and enablement in the marketing & sales area, sales channel management and partner management.
. Understand the sales & marketing domain especially in high tech industry.
. Has strong logic thinking, analytics, and problem-solving skills
. Able to lead and drive project delivery independently, willing to mentor junior team members
. Consulting firm working experience is a plus
. Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competencies
. Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
. Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented and distributed delivery environment
. Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) is required
