On this role, you will work closely with region functional teams and global leadership teams, to participate the GEHC China localization strategy development and lead the execution of localization projects.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Participating in developing localization strategy, setting goals, and identifying action plans to drive localization program execution and business growth
2. Creates and ensures effective and efficient communication across business functions motivates and energizes the team through leadership
3. Leads cross-functional and multi-disciplinary product localization planning supporting a phased approach localization roadmap execution
4. Works as an equal partner with the Business Team and Program Core Team to deliver quality localization products on time, within budget and with competitive features
5. Solves complex and ambiguous problems including (but not limited to) localization proposal, program execution, regulatory plan, supply chain integration into production and product field delivery with business leaders and key function leaders
6. Understands and openly supports excellence for all functions within the product program
7. Provides expert guidance and support to the localization program organization in various technical/functional aspects of engineering, supply chain, and service
8. Leverage their technical/clinical/leadership experience to work on business initiatives aimed at driving technology harmony, innovation, process convergence, supply chain capability and quality excellence for a specific product
9. Ensures adoption of functional standards within the product localization program
10. Creates and supports the stewardship of intellectual property with appropriate security of product documentation
1. Bachelor's Degree within appropriate Engineering/Science discipline or bachelor's degree and 2 years of cross- functional Project Leadership experience or equivalent (defined as High School Diploma/GED and 4 years progressive experience within the discipline
2. Mini of 5 years of experience in program management or project leadership within a minimum of two functions (manufacturing, development, technical industry, service, or research environment) or two different disciplines within a function
3. Demonstrated execution at meeting project goals while satisfying quality, performance, schedule and budget
4. Demonstrated engineering knowledge, supply chain knowledge, program management, and business planning processes, having experience with the full product lifecycle from concept through end of life
5. Familiarity with ISO, FDA, and other regulatory standards
Desired Characteristics
1. Demonstrated experience driving variable cost productivity (VCP) and Inventory Carrying Value (ICV) reduction to enable optimized product margins
2. Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent (defined as 12 years progressive experience within engineering, science, or related field, including 8 years project leadership experience within manufacturing, development, or research development)
3. Strategic planner and thinker with ability to drive change across the segment products
4. Sound technical and domain experience in at least one functional technology area
5. Demonstrated experience on global product releases throughout the entire NPI cycle
6. Strong written and oral communication skills
7. Excellent knowledge in engineering, program management and business planning processes having experience with the full product lifecycle
8. Self-starter, energizing, results oriented and able to multi-task
9. Demonstrated problem solving ability and results orientation
10. Demonstrated LEAN skills
