  1. Lead the development of Lincoln variable margin structure (Lincoln Commitment Program â€' LCP) and dealer operation audit standards based on business priorities with input from each BU
    • Conduct performance analysis of current LCP structure and industry benchmark study
    • Coordinate BUs to propose new annua LCP structure based on business priorities
    • Lead dealer operation quality audit standards development incl. mystery shopping, NPS, facility audit, etc.
    • Regularly communicate with dealers/investors to collect feedback
  1. Deep dive LCP audit results monthly/quarterly and set up PDCA process together with responsible BU to drive business performance improvement
    • Conduct deep-dive LCP results analysis
    • Establish a comprehensive reporting system targeting different layer audience incl. management/BU/region/dealer groups/dealers to share the results
    • Set up the PDCA tracking system to drive business performance improvement
  1. Redesign Dealer Awards structure to maximize the positive impact to whole network
  1. Select/Manage audit suppliers and conduct performance evaluation

Qualification:
  • Education: Minimum bachelor degree on Business Administration or other related majors
  • Experience: 8+ years experience in automotive industry.
  • Language: Excellent Chinese and English
  • Specific Knowledge: Understand sales/service business and dealer operations able to communicate with BUs to understand their goals and ambitions
  • Rich dealer operation audit management experience preferred and able to lead vendors through providing clear message direction and step by step monitoring progress
  • Functional Skills: Strong knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Detail minded and also able to think analytically and understand, interpret and summarize information
  • Able to stay focused and organized to achieve the pre-established objectives under pressure
  • Highly effective and motivated, able to work independently and be a team player with strong sense of responsibility
  • Forward thinking and results-driven with a strong commitment to succeed
  • Positive, proactive and self-motivated attitude coupled with good time management
