Job Description Summary
Drives initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the Engineering function and interfaces with other functions to provide effective coordination of metrics, dashboards, functional processes, and cross-functional initiative coordination. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution.

Role and Responsibility include (but are not limited to):
  • Monitoring and analysis on product quality data, identify further improvement opportunity
  • Coordinating feedback events with customers and service personnel
  • Investigating customer events and drive technical solution into product
  • Quality project tracking and execution.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Bio-engineering, electrical or automation engineering or above 3+ years Product quality management or project management relative work experience
  • Effective communication skills and boundaryless behavior-ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
  • Demonstrated technical domain knowledge by being current on engineering design principles, architectures and advancements in clinical and engineering concepts and technologies
  • Demonstrated organizational, functional, and leadership expertise to lead a small team on a project, sub-system or platform initiative

Desired Characteristics:
  • Experience working in systems engineering or project management.
  • Strong analytical skills, fluent Excel skill Ability to work independently
  • Customer orientation: self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and learn quickly
  • Customer focused: strong interpersonal skills, ability to listen to customer, build relationships, and work under pressure
  • Medical device working experience, MRI experience is highly preferred
